Duties:

  • Conduct consultations with potential clients and secure their representation.
  • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence.
  • Represent clients as the 1st chair in court proceedings, including mediation, depositions, and trials.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in case preparation and courtroom strategies.
  • Develop and implement case strategies tailored to clients' needs and goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Colorado Family Law statutes and legal precedents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience handling family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence.
  • Demonstrated compassion and a strong desire to assist clients through challenging situations.
  • Proven ability to exceed performance goals and contribute to the firm's success.
