Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar with good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law, preferably in Florida.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in Florida family law statutes, procedures, and case law.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling family law cases from inception through resolution.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills with a focus on client-centered representation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in complex family law litigation.
