Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Phoenix is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation. The ideal candidate will have a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Job Duties:

• Manage all elements of case work-up and trial preparation.
• Draft and review discovery requests and responses.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Participate in settlement negotiations.
• Make court appearances for hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategy and client management.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Arizona Bar.
• High level of academic achievement.
• Solid law firm experience.
• Superb writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Education and Certifications:
