Job Overview: A law firm in Washington, DC, seeks a dedicated Junior Tax Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will assist in providing legal counsel and support related to executive compensation, employment law, and benefits matters.

Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Washington, DC Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws, ERISA, and other relevant executive compensation and benefits regulations.

Education:

  • Admission to the Washington, DC Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.
