Duties

  • Lead and oversee complex intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright issues.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging legal issues in intellectual property law.
  • Represent clients in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution.

Requirements
