Duties:

  • Represent clients in complex mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and corporate governance matters.

  • Manage and oversee large commercial transactions, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and compliance.

  • Collaborate with clients, investment bankers, and various other advisors throughout the transaction process.

  • Provide strategic legal counsel and communicate effectively with clients regarding legal matters.

  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to facilitate a smooth transaction process and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex corporate legal issues.

  • Maintain and manage client relationships with the highest level of professionalism and service.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a law firm, focusing on corporate law, M&A, leveraged buyouts, and corporate governance.

  • Proven ability to handle complex commercial transactions with significant attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities and client engagements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Interest or experience in ESOP M&A transactions is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
