Duties:

  • Provide expert legal counsel and guidance in intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters.
  • Manage patent and trademark prosecution, including drafting and filing applications.
  • Advise clients on intellectual property portfolio management, licensing agreements, and enforcement strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various legal issues within the intellectual property field.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including patent and trademark applications, agreements, and other related materials.

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations and dispute resolution.

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or eligibility to register.
  • Strong academic record and legal background.
  • Demonstrated experience in intellectual property law, particularly in patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
  • Excellent technical writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
