Duties

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, hearings, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure proper case management.
  • Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards.
  • Travel to courts located outside the immediate area when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law, specifically handling Chapter 7 and 13 cases.
  • Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and provide excellent client representation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present arguments effectively in court.

Education
