The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice in South Carolina and possess extensive legal knowledge in workers' compensation. The attorney will manage multiple cases, conduct thorough legal research, negotiate on behalf of clients, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Duties:

  • Manage several workers’ compensation cases simultaneously.
  • Conduct extensive case-related research into relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Draft and interpret contracts and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal documents and agreements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
