Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, exhibiting empathy and professionalism
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing case updates and earning their trust
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and settlement offers
• Prepare and manage cases for trial, including first-chairing trials as needed
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of claims to assess viability and value
• Collaborate with legal team members while being able to work independently

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 6+ years of experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury cases
• Proven experience as the first chair in trial settings
• An active member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
• Good standing with the South Carolina Bar
