Location

Duties

• Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including case management, property damage, negotiations, and liens

• Communicate directly with clients to explain legal strategies and updates

• Engage in settlement discussions with opposing counsel and insurance carriers

• Prepare legal documentation, demands, and case evaluations

• Conduct and attend hearings as necessary

• Work closely with supervising attorneys to refine litigation strategy and case development

Requirements

• Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law (preferred)

• Strong foundation in California personal injury law and pre-litigation procedures

• Ability to manage deadlines and a large caseload efficiently

• Eagerness to develop professionally in a mentorship-driven environment

• Availability to work full-time in a collaborative office setting

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license in good standing with the California State Bar (required)

Skills

• Excellent legal research and analytical thinking skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and legal practice management software

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, client-focused approach

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
