Job Duties:

  • Meet deadlines consistently and perform duties as required.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities such as extended computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and meetings.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.
