• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings as necessary
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and updates
• Meet established billable hour requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of substantial litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
