Duties

  • Work on a variety of corporate and alternative entity transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
  • Engage in strategic partnership arrangements and complex financing transactions.
  • Conduct research and analyze transactional matters.
  • Review and draft general contracts and corporate governance documents.
  • Provide well-founded legal opinions for clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with business teams, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of corporate law experience with a significant focus on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven experience within the business or corporate group of a large law firm.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact seamlessly with clients and internal teams.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
