Duties

• Provide legal support and guidance to clients during the pre-litigation phase.
• Advise clients on legal strategies and the best course of action to secure compensation.
• Meet with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs.
• Develop ethical solutions to address clients' legal matters.
• Communicate with clients regularly to update them on case progress and legal options.
• Prepare legal documents, including depositions, pleadings, and contracts, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist clients in executing agreements and legal documents.
• Stay informed of current legislation and changes to relevant legal procedures.
• Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to professionalism and exceptional client service.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida (Barred in the State of Florida).
