The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in representing various parties in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and construction and permanent finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent sellers and buyers in real estate acquisition and sale transactions.
  • Represent landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and agreements.
  • Represent borrowers in construction and permanent finance transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate and finance transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of various real estate and finance agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to develop and implement transaction strategies.
  • Provide legal guidance on real estate and finance matters.
  • Stay current with changes in real estate and finance laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Experience representing sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and borrowers.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a J.D. or equivalent degree from a well-respected U.S. law school.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or planning to take the Bar exam promptly after starting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar or intent to take the Bar exam promptly after starting.

Skills:
