Job Overview:
A respected law firm located in Bedminster, NJ is actively seeking a mid-level attorney to support its dynamic employment law and general litigation practice. Duties:

• Handle a variety of employment law matters across New Jersey and Pennsylvania jurisdictions

• Represent clients in disputes involving employment-related claims, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination

• Support general liability litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and preparing for hearings and trials

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda

• Participate in depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparations

• Maintain communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant litigation experience

• Demonstrated background in employment law defense preferred

• Familiarity with general liability litigation processes

• Strong organizational, research, and analytical abilities

• Proficiency in preparing legal documentation and managing discovery

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
