  • Provide expert legal counsel and ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and proactive case management.
  • Handle all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial preparation, including motions, depositions, and hearings.
  • Develop and execute legal strategies that align with the firm’s goals and clients’ needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
  • Strong background in bodily injury, construction defect, and employment-related claims.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with team members.
  • Proactive, motivated, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and client management abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active California Bar license in good standing (Required).
  • Additional licensure in other states is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proven litigation skills with experience in insurance defense matters.
  • Proficiency in trial preparation, including depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
  • Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions for complex legal issues.
