Duties

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.
  • Conduct research to support the firm's investment fund operations and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
  • Foster positive relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and other work-related activities as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the role's responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, specifically in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
