Duties:

  • Conduct legal research, drafting, and case strategy development.
  • Engage in client interactions, including advising on litigation strategies.
  • Manage litigation projects independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-6 years in environmental litigation (civil enforcement preferred).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with federal environmental and administrative law.
  • Government-Side Enforcement Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Strong Writing & Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze and communicate complex legal issues effectively.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to a U.S. State Bar in good standing.
