Plaintiff Practice Associate Attorney

Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a plaintiff practice associate attorney with 2 years of civil litigation experience. The candidate will maintain client relationships. Will manage litigated cases and keep up with deadlines. Obtain evidence and witness statements. Draft complaints and motions, including class and collective certification. Analyze data, and prepare damages models and spreadsheets. Manage client expectations. Prepare cases for trial. Negotiations on settlement. Take and attend depositions. Draft letters of representation. Must have Florida OR Georgia Bar. Experience taking depositions, preparing discovery, and discovery answers is required. Must have experience with motions to compel. Should have experience with substantive motions and dispositive motions. Some courtroom experience is needed.

The candidate should have a JD degree. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self Starter is needed. A stellar work ethic who can commit to doing more than the minimum is required. Able to commence work within 2 weeks of interview needed. Must have meticulous in work product and details.
