  • Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing comprehensive reports.
  • Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial when necessary.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with paralegals and legal staff to ensure case progression.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of litigation experience.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and open to learning new systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Georgia Bar License (required).
