A law firm seeks a highly skilled Health Care Transactional Associate Attorney to join its team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare practice renowned for its comprehensive approach and to work on some of the largest and most complex healthcare transactions in the industry.

Duties:

  • Provide legal support in various healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and contracts relevant to healthcare stakeholders.
  • Assist clients in navigating regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and stay informed on healthcare regulations and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies that meet client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive service.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in healthcare transactional law, including relevant work on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
  • Strong enthusiasm for health care issues and a solid understanding of health care regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and legal research abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently and creatively to meet client and team needs.
  • Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where you plan to practice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the NY Bar is required.
