Duties

• Represent clients in fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation cases.
• Manage estate and trust administration processes both within and outside of Florida courts.
• Address probate and trust administration issues, fiduciary compliance, and risk management.
• Handle guardianship matters and proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients on tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies, including estate, tax, business succession, and asset protection planning.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to achieve individual and business objectives for clients.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing (required).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
