Duties:

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting legal documents, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda to support litigation strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide client updates.
• Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients regularly to discuss case progress and legal advice.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates and support staff.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in Insurance Defense and Commercial Litigation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
