Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join its legal team in San Diego, CA. Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Manage high-stakes discovery processes, including document review and production.
• Develop and implement strategic litigation plans tailored to each case.
• Work closely with clients to provide legal counsel, guidance, and updates throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve favorable outcomes for clients in education-related matters.

Requirements:

• Must be a member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on education law or related fields.
• Proven ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage discovery and case files for high-stakes litigation.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to case management.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar.
