Complex Commercial Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Complex Commercial Mid-Level Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join a prominent law firm's Litigation Group in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will handle various aspects of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including product liability, complex tort, negligence, class actions, and consumer fraud. Duties:

• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies in collaboration with the team and clients.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Handle depositions and discovery processes.
• Prepare for trials, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Manage all aspects of trial preparation and participate in litigation, including representing clients in court.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Texas and/or Arkansas.
• A minimum of 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Good business judgment, problem-solving skills, and conceptual thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
