Duties:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys for training, mentoring, and case supervision.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.
  • Current membership with the South Carolina Bar preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
