Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• 0-1 year of previous litigation experience
• Direct (first-chair) family law experience
• Adaptability to quickly learn new software and technical programs

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida
