  • Oversee the strategic direction of cases, ensuring the team works cohesively toward favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Utilize the firm’s technological tools to monitor case progress and manage resources effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met throughout the case.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in trial law, with proven experience in managing complex cases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of attorneys.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to develop case strategies and manage all aspects of trial preparation.
  • A strong understanding of legal procedures, litigation processes, and client management.
  • Experience with technology-driven case management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Active state bar membership in good standing (Texas Bar preferred).
