Duties:

• Provide legal counsel to clients and interact directly with them.
• Participate in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to receive mentoring and supervision.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial and construction law.
• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar.
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
