A law firm seeks an experienced Attorney to join their team in Tampa, FL. This role offers the opportunity to represent healthcare clients, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and physicians, in a variety of legal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, binding arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Duties

  • Represent healthcare clients in court, before government agencies, and in administrative hearings.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
  • Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring all matters are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Attend and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Negotiate settlements for ongoing legal disputes.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

Requirements

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to solve complex legal issues.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
