Duties:

  • Negotiate settlements and interact with providers, adjusters, and other involved parties.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (required).
  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties.
  • Willingness to teach and mentor staff members.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (required).

Certifications:

  • Active Arizona Bar License (required).
