Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases from inception through trial.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience.

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in healthcare and energy litigation preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of West Virginia.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
