Duties:

• Manage a volume of litigation cases with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Conduct case development, including investigation, evaluation, and trial strategy formulation.
• Perform legal research and analysis of complex legal issues.
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and written discovery.
• Participate in trials, particularly in State Courts.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong client relationship-building and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
