Duties:

• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, attorneys, business professionals, and third parties.
• Prepare and produce deliverables, manage phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work product.
• Meet deadlines and perform duties as assigned while managing competing demands.
• Foster and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Adhere to all firm policies and practices.
• Participate in virtual and in-person meetings and conferences as needed.
• Balance physical and sedentary activities, including working on a computer for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters.
• Experience with banks or private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences, or middle-market companies.
• Proven ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Virginia.

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
