Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the South Carolina State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on family law.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to complex cases.
  • Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Solid understanding of state court procedures and legal systems.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted to the South Carolina State Bar.
