Duties:

  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure timely and efficient case progress.

  • Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
  • Stay informed about relevant legal updates and industry best practices to advocate effectively.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation within a high-volume law firm.
  • Proven track record of successful case settlements.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to client satisfaction and ethical legal practice.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida (Florida State Bar).
