This role focuses on litigating complex nursing home cases while also handling other related matters as needed. The ideal candidate will possess significant trial experience, particularly in nursing home cases, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional legal representation to clients.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in nursing home cases, managing them from inception through trial to verdict.

  • Handle additional legal matters as required by the firm.

  • Conduct client interviews to evaluate the merits and viability of potential new cases.

  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation.

  • Maintain high standards of client communication and case management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling nursing home trial cases.

  • Active law license in Pennsylvania (must be able to waive into Maryland).

  • Proven trial experience with a successful track record in nursing home litigation.

  • Strong client communication and interview skills.

  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
