Duties

• Legal Counsel:

• Documentation:
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including motions and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, including plaintiff and defense representation.
• Strong knowledge of New York State and Federal civil procedures.
• Proven ability to handle trials, depositions, and motion preparation.
• Excellent courtroom presence with a strong ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
