Mid to Senior level Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Houston is seeking a Mid to Senior level Labor and Employment Associate Attorney who can demonstrate leadership in managing labor and employment litigation cases. The candidate must have proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and courtroom advocacy.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of labor and employment litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials, and effectively represent clients in court.
• Communicate with clients, and participate in meetings, conference calls, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide legal advice and support on labor and employment matters.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong academic background with exceptional writing and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently.
• Experience in managing complex litigation cases and client interactions.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
