Duties

• Conduct client intake, evaluate potential cases, and handle the initial development of legal matters
• Perform legal analysis on personal injury cases, review demands, and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Manage new client sign-ups and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Oversee the resolution of cases and disbursement of client funds
• Collaborate with the legal team to optimize client service and case outcomes

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
• 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar membership
