Duties

• Assist with estate planning, including the creation of wills, trusts, and related documents.
• Conduct title searches and address title-related issues.
• Represent clients in real estate closings and related legal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Provide counsel on mortgage foreclosures and eminent domain issues for municipalities and property owners.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and exceptional legal support.
• Stay informed about industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes impacting real estate law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Minnesota State Bar, in good standing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.

Education

• Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications
