This role presents the opportunity to work closely with clients from a variety of sectors, contributing to sophisticated transactional matters and day-to-day corporate legal advisory. Duties

  • Handle transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings

  • Provide legal support for syndicated and underwritten offerings, private equity, and venture capital deals

  • Advise on commercial finance and cross-border financial transactions

  • Draft and negotiate corporate documents and agreements

  • Support clients with day-to-day corporate governance and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with other attorneys across offices to deliver strategic legal solutions

  • Engage directly with clients ranging from startups to multinational enterprises

Requirements

  • Corporate law experience at a law firm or in-house legal department

  • Background in energy-related transactions is highly desirable

  • Proficiency in managing multiple high-level corporate matters

  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to contribute in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Oregon (or eligible for reciprocity)
