Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity in healthcare.
• Admission to the bar in the applicable state.
• Strong project ownership, team collaboration, and client communication skills.

Education:

• Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in the state of application.
