Associate Attorney for Stamford office

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join a growing general practice in Stamford, CT. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, memoranda of law, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on legal matters and develop effective strategies.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and hearings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to ensure comprehensive legal support.
• Maintain accurate records and manage case files.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a legal practice.
• Admission to the Connecticut Bar.
• Familiarity with various legal documents and legal research methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Connecticut.
