Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and handle pre-trial discovery.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other staff to prepare for trials.
• Stay current with developments in relevant legal areas, particularly healthcare and energy litigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex cases and appearing in court.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Desire and readiness to appear in court.
• Experience in healthcare and energy litigation preferred.
• License to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.

Education:
