Duties:

• Prepare and draft legal motions.
• Attend and represent clients in court hearings.
• Prepare clients for and attend depositions.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and motions.
• Take and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses.
• Draft pre-trial and trial-related reports.
• Handle appellate work when necessary.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.

Skills:
