Location:

Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and complaints
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide client updates
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal standards
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas
• Provide guidance to clients regarding their legal rights and options

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the PA and NJ Bar (Required)
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Proven negotiation skills with a successful track record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (Required)
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (Required)
