Job Duties:

  • Participate in client meetings, offering legal advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys and receive strong mentorship.
  • Engage in diverse civil litigation, including cases related to maritime, personal injury, commercial litigation, construction, and business torts.

Job Requirements:

  • Virginia Bar admission is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.

  • Clerkship experience is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
